Winter is approaching and its going to be getting colder. One of my tri friends who is doing the Arizona Ironman needed to get a 112 miler bike ride in so I decided to join him. The temperature was about 80+ degrees and we both forgot sun screen (Bad Idea). Overall everything went fine besides the fact that I am having second thoughts of doing IMSG because about mile 100 I bonked and could only think in my mind that after this ride I would need to run a marathon.... Good thing I have some time! I will be doing the Tour to St. George century ride on the 16th of the month should be a fun one.
