What type of rear cog would be best for St. George Ironman?
I started doing triathlons because I wanted to do something that kept me active and competitive. I played football in High School and maintained a decent weight, but after it was done, I packed the weight on. I tried diets and working out, but I could never stick to anything consistently. Once I signed up for my first Triathlon, I found it a lot more easy to stick to my workout when I had an event planned. So here I am now. After I did my first Triathlon, I was hooked. Since then, I have competed in a few more triathlons, lost over 65 lbs, and I have done a half Ironman and a full Ironman this last year. My health has made a total 180 and I feel great!

Sram 11-28 or 26. I finally made it up the Kolob fingers climb in my 44 front 23 rear combo though. Your biking has come along as has your wt/kg ratio so a little more compact while still keeping the 11 might not be bad.
Yes, I was thinking 11-28 thanks!
