ICE BREAKER TRI
I started doing triathlons because I wanted to do something that kept me active and competitive. I played football in High School and maintained a decent weight, but after it was done, I packed the weight on. I tried diets and working out, but I could never stick to anything consistently. Once I signed up for my first Triathlon, I found it a lot more easy to stick to my workout when I had an event planned. So here I am now. After I did my first Triathlon, I was hooked. Since then, I have competed in a few more triathlons, lost over 65 lbs, and I have done a half Ironman and a full Ironman this last year. My health has made a total 180 and I feel great!

Ride this Sat possibly? I have a Funeral Friday in Logan, but I am running 2.5 hrs Thursday night on the course, then heading up to logan, then back to StG Friday night, ride early Sat morn. Probably 2 loops. I am hoping for 16mph, I am a slow rider...I sent you a message on FB w/ my cell#
PS: Computrainer, pretty much amazing. I know the first 20 miles of the coarse like the back of my hand, on a good day. I haven't been able to get the video to sync the hills with the trainer, but the 3D version works just fine. You can add in adjustments for the wind in there, which sucks, but its good. Do you really go through that many gu's on a ride? So you went with the 11-28? I didn't make the jump, but it sounds like I better...Race day will be here before we know it. i need to get some longer rides in, or I'm a dead man...
Heads up for the video blog. You motivated me to do my first brick. :) All the best for your IM!
Keep up the good work dude! Almost there! Only a few more weeks left. It's great to keep up with your progress while I pound out the miles on my bike trainer and treadmill myself. Good to see someone else whose just as crazy as the rest of us.
