I started doing triathlons because I wanted to do something that kept me active and competitive. I played football in High School and maintained a decent weight, but after it was done, I packed the weight on. I tried diets and working out, but I could never stick to anything consistently. Once I signed up for my first Triathlon, I found it a lot more easy to stick to my workout when I had an event planned. So here I am now. After I did my first Triathlon, I was hooked. Since then, I have competed in a few more triathlons, lost over 65 lbs, and I have done a half Ironman and a full Ironman this last year. My health has made a total 180 and I feel great!

Loving the video's, keep em coming. I (Justin) can totally relate to the training "funks" you have been going through. It's tough sometimes for sure, but keep maintaining...it'll be worth it come race day! When are you heading back to St. George? We're headed down next weekend for the Painters Half, and I'm planning on getting some ride time on the course. Can't wait. Keep up the good work! Tri Hard!
Thanks, Yeah I will be going down to the St. George Half. Going to try to get the Veyo loop in while I am down there. Thanks for the advice can't wait for May 7th!
